Customer satisfaction is one of our highest priorities, and we continually work on maintaining and improving our scores.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Since 1996, every client has received a customer satisfaction survey at the completion of each installation.
Clients are asked to rate their satisfaction on the following subjects on a scale of 1 to 4 with 4 being the highest. That data was converted to percentages. The data displayed is the average customer satisfaction ratings for the last years.
